Akm Junaied has extensive experience in the aviation and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Customer Services at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. since January 2017. Prior to this role, Akm held the position of General Manager-Admin at PRAN RFL Group for one year in 2016. Akm's career in the airline industry began in 1990 with Cathay Pacific Airways, where responsibilities included serving as Station Manager until 2002. Subsequent positions included Airport Incharge at Thai Airways International, Airport Services Manager at Emirates, and culminated in a diverse accumulation of skills and leadership experience over more than two decades in the field.
