Mohammad Robiul Auwal has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Senior Executive in the Customer Service Department at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. since December 2016, where duties include checking in passengers and verifying travel documentation. Prior to this, Mohammad held roles at Banglalink, managing a team of call center agents and ensuring quality service, and completed an internship at Bangladesh Bank. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Green University Business Club, where Mohammad organized discussions with corporate leaders, and as General Secretary of Banglalink during a part-time customer service role. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Finance from Green University of Bangladesh, along with HSC in Business/Commerce from Dhaka Imperial College.
