Angela Ward

Angela Ward serves as President of AmerisourceBergen’s specialty pharmacy, US Bioservices. Leveraging more than 27 years of healthcare experience, she leads an organization committed to improving the lives of patients living with chronic and complex conditions. Ms. Ward provides leadership and guidance in the areas of business development, payer and provider solutions and clinical operations.

Before assuming her current role, she served as Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Memorial Hermann. She was responsible for pharmacy services across the Memorial Hermann System, the largest non-profit health system in Southeast Texas. She has also held previous clinical management roles at Alegent Creighton Health and Eastern Maine Medical Center.

Ms. Ward served on the Advisory Board of the Pharmacy Executive Forum, the Apexus PVP Hospital Advisory Council, the Vizient Pharmacy Executive Council and the ASHP Advisory Group on Multi-Hospital System Pharmacy Executives. Additionally, Ms. Ward is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned fellow status in 2007. She received her pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina and earned her master’s in business from Husson College.
