Adam Shouse has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Adam started their career as an Intern at the Illinois Junior Golf Association in 2010. In 2011, they joined Target as an Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection, where they focused on preventing theft and fraud and achieving inventory shortage goals. Adam then moved on to the role of Executive Team Leader-Salesfloor, overseeing departments and the Price Accuracy team. In 2014, they became the Executive Team Leader-Human Resources, managing a $50+ million store and focusing on team retention and providing a brand experience for guests. In 2014, Adam also joined US Cargo Control as a Sales Specialist, generating revenue and establishing relationships with customers. Adam eventually became the Director of Inside Sales, supervising staff and building a team of sales and product experts. In 2017, they transitioned into the role of Sales Account Manager, before taking on their current role as a Business Development Consultant.

Adam Shouse attended the University of Northern Iowa's College of Business from 2007 to 2011. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Marketing, specifically Sales Emphasis. In June 2017, Adam Shouse also obtained certifications in Strategic Selling and Professional Selling Skills from the Miller Heiman Group.
