Customer Service Representative at US Cellular-Answer Wireless

Gloria Tann has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at US Cellular-Answer Wireless since May 2017. Prior to this role, Gloria worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina from June 2016 to April 2017 and spent over two decades at the Department of Social Services as a Retired Income Maintenance Caseworker II until June 2015. Gloria holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shaw University, earned between 2006 and 2010, and is currently pursuing additional education at Martin Community College Bertie Campus, alongside being a certified Notary Public through the NC Department of Secretary of State.
