Bertha Avina

Bertha Avina is currently an Immigration Services Officer at USCIS, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Bertha served as a Legal Assistant at UFW Foundation from October 2023 to January 2025, focusing on community service through immigration assistance. Bertha earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, in May 2022.
