Benjamin Mattera has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2009 when they worked as a stage crew for Moraine Valley Community College. In 2011, they became an Assistant Manager and Phone Technician for Sprint by MSM Connect. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Field Service Technician for Martin Whalen Office Solutions and a Cloud Services Supervisor for Sharp Business USA and ZLan Partners, A Sharp IT Company. Most recently, they have been employed as an Associate Premier Support Engineer for US CLOUD since 2022.
