Erik Olsen has worked in various roles since 2014. Erik began as a Managed Exchange/O365 Engineer at Oakwood Systems Group in 2014 and then moved to Zero Day Inc. as a Systems Engineer in 2015. In 2016, Erik held two roles, first as an Enterprise Architect at Robert Half Technology @ Webster University and then as a Contractor at New Signature, where they assisted Centene Corporation with integrating HealthNet from an Active Directory perspective. In 2017, they were an Active Directory Engineer at TEK Systems contractor at MiiTek. In 2018, they were a Cloud Architect @ Energizer at Apex Systems. In 2019, they were an Exchange Administrator at Technology Partners. In 2020, they were a Cloud Solutions Architect at Onshore Outsourcing. Finally, in 2021, Erik became a Principal Engineer, Premier Support Services and a Premier Support Engineer at US CLOUD. Additionally, since 2013, Erik has been a Founding Partner at Olsen Training Group, a Firearms Safety and Concealed Carry Training provider based in the St Louis area. Erik is an NRA Certified Instructor, willing to run custom training classes for state concealed carry licensing for many states as well as general firearms safety.
Erik Olsen's education history includes obtaining an Associate of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Harper College between 1990 and 1994. Erik then obtained an MCSE from Microsoft Official Curriculum between 2000 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Willowbrook High School from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, Erik has obtained certifications from Microsoft and AXELOS Global Best Practice, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in February 2021, ITIL 4 Foundation and ITIL-4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in December 2020, MCSE-NT from Microsoft in October 2000, and MCP 070-410 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012. Erik also has NRA Instructor Training in CCW, Basic Pistol and Home Defense training.
