Mike Elliott has worked in the IT field since 2007. Mike began their career at Graybar as a System Engineer, where they provided technical and administrative leadership for a technical systems team and maintained a highly technical inter-network of computing systems. In 2018, they joined Ascent, LLC. as a Network Infrastructure Engineer, where they architected, planned and physically moved operational secondary production applications and DR environment to a new datacenter location. This included all networking, server, storage, edge devices and phone system configurations. Mike currently works at US Cloud as a Technical Account Manager, where they plan, manages and reviews the delivery of support services that drive outcomes aligned to clients' IT and business goals. Mike is also an escalation point, ensuring the client receives a world class support experience, and partners with other roles to ensure client success in the acquisition, implementation, and usage/consumption of Microsoft technologies.
Mike Elliott has a long education history, beginning with Business Administration and Management, General at Saint Louis Community College from 1987 to 1989. In 2002, they earned an MCSE from Quilogy in Microsoft Technologies. From 2007 to 2017, they studied Multiple Microsoft Technologies with Microsoft Premier Services.
