Ricardo Roman has had a diverse work experience since 2010. Ricardo began their career as a Sales Representative and Sales/Service Manager at Sprint by Radioman Communications. In 2012, they became a Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular. In 2013, they moved to Sprint by MSM Connect, assuming the roles of Assistant Manager and Lead Technician. In 2014, they served as an IT Intern at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. In 2015, they joined Martin Whalen Office Solutions as an Analyst and Customer Care Center Engineer II. From 2017-2021, they worked at Sharp Business USA as a Rapid Response Engineer and Cloud Services Specialist. Most recently, they have been a Premier Support Engineer at US CLOUD.

Ricardo Roman began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended Alan B Shepard High School, graduating in 2008. Ricardo then attended Moraine Valley Community College from 2008 to 2011, studying General Studies. Ricardo returned to Moraine Valley Community College from 2013 to 2015, obtaining an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Information Technology. In 2016, Ricardo Roman enrolled in Western Governors University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Cloud and Systems Administration. Ricardo also obtained four professional certifications: Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) from Continuum in October 2019, CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in March 2015, CompTIA Network+ ce from CompTIA in March 2015, and CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in December 2016.
