Ziyad Uqdah has over 14 years of experience in the IT field. In 2021, they began working as a Windows Systems Engineer (Premier Support) for US CLOUD. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Systems Engineer - Cloud Operations at Accruent, where they were responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, automating, and monitoring customer facing servers and applications. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a System Administrator II at Fidelity Bank LA, where they managed Hyper-V, VMWare and Microsoft Azure infrastructures, storage networks, VM's and several physical servers. In 2017, they also worked as an IT Specialist IV - Contract at All Points Logistics, where they provided IT support for Boeing's SLS (Space Launch System) program at NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Network Administrator at Merchants Foodservice, where they maintained and refreshed the company's server and network infrastructures. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a System Administrator I at C Spire, where they maintained and refreshed the company's VMWare and Microsoft Windows Server infrastructures (Wintel). From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Systems Administrator and Network Support Specialist at MegaGate Broadband, where they maintained and refreshed the company's server infrastructure and workstations and provided technical support for company products. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources, where they provided technical support for agency employees.
