Serafima Yavarouskaya

Serafima Yavarouskaya is a Performance Marketeer at Us - Co-creating Digital Impact since February 2024, and previously held the position of Intern Performance Marketing. Currently serving as a Beiaardier at Stad Mechelen since September 2020, Serafima also worked as a Russian/Dutch translator for Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen from September 2022 to May 2024. Additional experience includes roles as a student employee at UGC from June 2022 to October 2023, and at 't Klein Genot from June 2020 to December 2022, along with an application development project for non-native speakers at Huis van het Leren West-Vlaanderen, vzw in early 2021. Early roles include sales positions at 't Lezerke and kitchen assistant at Brasserie Carlton. Serafima holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management/Digital Media Manager and another in Interactive Multimedia Design/UX UI Design from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Beiaardier degree from Koninklijke Beiaardschool Mechelen.
