Blanche Damon

Blanche Damon has held a variety of roles in the workforce. Blanche began their career in 1997 as an SSG (S-1) with the 489th Civil Affairs Battalion. In 2010, they moved on to become an Inbound Trainer at DialAmerica. Five years later, in 2015, they began working as an Employment Specialist at Champion Personnel System 2.0. In 2020, they took on two roles, Corporate Recruiter at National Enterprise Systems, Inc. and Staff Performance Coordinator at ResourceMFG. Currently, they are an Office Manager at US Communications and Electric, Inc.

Blanche Damon attended Thomas More University from 2004-2008, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
