Thomas Church

Thomas Church, MBA, has extensive work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Thomas has served as the Director of Operations at US Conec Ltd. since December 2018, where they are responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of passive components for optical interconnects. Prior to this, Thomas worked at SigmaPro Engineering & Manufacturing, LLC as the Engineering & Quality Manager from June 2014 to December 2018, leading the company in ultra-close tolerance molding. Thomas also worked as a Senior Product Engineer at SigmaPro Engineering in April 2014. Before that, Thomas served as a Technical Cost Reduction Engineer at Carlisle FoodService Products from January 2013 to April 2014, where they identified significant cost reduction opportunities. Thomas has also held various roles at Corning Cable Systems from 1997 to 2012, including Senior Product Engineer, Product Development Supervisor, and Supervisor in Connector Automation, Mold/Model Shop, Injection Molding, and Mold Procurement.

Thomas Church, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Alabama from 2019 to 2022. During this period, their primary focus of study was in the field of Business Administration and Management, specifically in the area of General Management.

Prior to their MBA, Thomas earned a Bachelor's Degree from Pittsburg State University between 1994 and 1997. Their Bachelor's Degree was in the field of Polymer/Plastics Engineering.
