Alisha Outridge is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product management, AI innovation, and governance. Currently serving as CEO and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Byte & Chord since January 2018, Alisha has successfully built and launched AI platforms with a focus on personalization, safety, and business impact. As the AI Product, Governance & Strategy Lead for the U.S. Digital Response, Alisha is shaping AI governance frameworks in the education sector. Previously, as Chief Technology & Product Officer at TuneCore, Alisha drove significant revenue growth and engagement through AI-powered enhancements. Additionally, Alisha has held key leadership roles at WHIM, Videri, and Facebook, where contributions included privacy-smart personalization features impacting millions of users. Alisha holds degrees in AI/ML Engineering from Columbia University and dual Bachelor's degrees in English (Journalism) and Computer Science from Hunter College.
