Stephen Fukuchi

Mgr., Field and Operations at US-Eco Logic / TexEnergy Solutions

Stephen Fukuchi's work experience begins in 1984 with Infotron Systems, where they served as a Field Engineer and District Tech Support in San Francisco. In 1988, they became the District Manager for Field Engineering. From 1990 to 1997, Fukuchi worked at Newbridge Networks as the Director of Western U.S. Field Engineering.

Starting in 1998, they joined Ascend Communications as the Director of U.S. Field Engineering, where they built a field organization and implemented support and engineer training programs. In 2000, Fukuchi became the Director of Network Engineering at Lucent Technologies, where they built a tier 3 field engineering team, created a professional services consulting team, and managed budgets and staff development.

In 2003, Fukuchi joined Synchronized Networking Solutions as a Project Manager. For almost a decade, they oversaw projects and managed the company's operations. From 2007 to 2011, Fukuchi worked at Southwest A/C as the Operations, Consulting, Telecommunications & Networking Manager, responsible for operations, finances, and technology.

In 2012, Fukuchi took on the role of Program Manager at KEDAR Information Technologies for a few months before moving on to TexEnergy Solutions. At TexEnergy, they served as the Manager of Field and Operations, overseeing daily operations, managing projects internally and client-facing, driving efficiencies, and implementing software solutions for field inspectors.

Stephen Fukuchi attended Columbus High School and graduated with a High School diploma. Stephen then pursued their higher education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1971 to 1973, where they studied General & Business. Stephen continued their education at the San Francisco Art Institute from 1973 to 1975 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. In 1992, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied Quality Management from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Stephen briefly attended Texas A&M University in 1998, focusing on Management Skills.
