Angel Robinson

Angel Robinson, CGFM, currently serves as the Director of the Office of Budget at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since February 2019, having also held the roles of Deputy Director and Staff Director within the same office. Prior to joining the EPA, Angel Robinson was the Budget Officer at Ginnie Mae from August 2017 to February 2019 and served in a similar capacity at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from August 2014 to August 2017. Earlier career experience includes the position of Senior Budget Analyst and Team Lead at NOAA from July 2009 to August 2014 and Budget Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from September 2002 to July 2009. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration and Public Law from Oklahoma State University, a Senior Executive Fellowship from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
