Evan Neustater

Evan Neustater currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Stearns Weaver Miller, following a tenure as an Associate at Baker Botts from September 2021 to June 2023. Prior legal experience includes a law clerk position at the U.S. Department of Justice and a summer associate role at Baker Botts, LLP. Evan's earlier experience includes a law student internship at the U.S. Department of Energy and a full-time position as a language instructor, teaching English in Prague. Early career work involved serving as a civil engineering intern at Harris County, where significant engagement with government officials and project leadership were demonstrated. Evan Neustater earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and History from Rice University.
