Gwendolyn D. Taylor

Gwendolyn D. Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental communications and luxury yacht charters. Currently serving as the Yacht Charter Business Owner at Chart-A-Yacht since June 2023, Gwendolyn offers luxury motor yacht charters featuring engaging activities for various clientele. Previously, Gwendolyn held multiple roles at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 1994 to present, including Web & Communications Manager in the Climate Protection Partnerships Division and Senior Advisor. Gwendolyn's early career included serving as EPA CFC Campaign Manager and Web & Program Manager for ENERGY STAR Buildings. Academically, Gwendolyn holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School, an MBA in Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Michigan State University.
