Jennifer Ferrando

Jennifer Ferrando is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in compliance and project management. Currently serving as a Compliance Inspector/Enforcement Officer at the US Environmental Protection Agency since July 2024, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Environmental Scientist at PG Environmental from September 2017 to July 2024 and at Tetra Tech from April 2002 to August 2017. Jennifer's expertise encompasses animal feeding operations regulations, nutrient management, agricultural environmental management, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System regulations. Additionally, Jennifer served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Mountain Water and Sanitation District from March 2013 to February 2014 and worked as an Environmental Scientist at SAIC from January 1998 to April 2002. Jennifer holds a Master of Environmental Pollution Control from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from PennWest California.
