Kerry Burch has extensive experience in project and program management within the environmental sector, currently serving as an IT Program and Project Manager at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since October 2004, focusing on strategic plans and information technology services in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this role, Burch was a Senior Manager at Ariel Research Corporation, supervising product managers and implementing career development initiatives.
