Kysha Carter Holliday

Kysha Carter Holliday has over 18 years of experience in environmental policy and compliance, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the National Policy, Training and Compliance Division at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since May 2012. Prior to this role, Kysha was a Compliance Officer at the Environmental Protection Agency from July 2009 to May 2012 and worked as a Senior Cost-Policy Analyst at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from September 2005 to November 2009. Kysha holds an MBA in Financial Management from Strayer University, earned between 2003 and 2007, and a College Prep High School Diploma from Benjamin Banneker Academic High School, completed in 1989.
