Lawrence Burns

Lawrence Burns is a skilled environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental science and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Coordinator at the US Environmental Protection Agency since February 2024, Lawrence previously worked as a Project Manager at Applied Intellect, LLC from May 2022 to April 2024, and as an Environmental Scientist at Tetra Tech from January 2019 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Environmental Technician at The WHM Group from May 2012 to September 2018. Throughout these positions, Lawrence has been involved in wetland delineations, wildlife habitat assessments, endangered species surveys, and environmental site assessments, while also utilizing GIS for mapping and data analysis. Lawrence holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Penn State University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
