Nicole Gramigna

Nicole Gramigna is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various contracts, managing corporate records, and implementing legal solutions within the corporate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal at US Fertility since April 2021, Nicole is responsible for the administration of the equity program, contract lifecycle management, and corporate governance. Prior to that, Nicole held positions as a Corporate Paralegal at W. R. Berkley Corporation and as a Paralegal at IntegraMed Fertility, where responsibilities included board meeting preparations, regulatory filing, and managing legal research. Nicole began a career in legal support at Blair & Potts and has contributed to establish diverse skill sets across various legal environments, including estate planning and corporate communications. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and a Certificate in Health Care Management from Iona University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College.
