Brett Glass

Brett Glass is an experienced leader in employee and labor relations, currently serving as the Vice President of Employee and Labor Relations at US Foods since August 2021, where the focus is on enhancing the employee experience to support organizational goals. Prior professional roles include Director of Employee Relations at Amazon and Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Additionally, Brett held multiple positions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, contributing significantly to labor relations and human resources across various business units. Brett holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and is pursuing an Executive MBA at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to complete in May 2025.
