Bryan Torcivia

Bryan Torcivia serves as the Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at US Foods since May 2010, overseeing all M&A activities and successfully completing over 25 transactions that generated more than $6 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Underwriters Laboratories from July 2007 to January 2010, focusing on international acquisitions. As President of Sylarus Technologies from May 2003 to June 2007, Bryan managed private equity partnerships involving high-tech businesses. Bryan's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Great Lakes Region at Sara Lee, where full P&L responsibility was held for a $220 million region, and Vice President of Corporate Planning & Development for a $2.5 billion NYSE company. Bryan also contributed as Chief of Staff at Anheuser-Busch in 1992-1993. Academic credentials include a JD/MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Economics from Lawrence University.
