Previous roles include Director of Process Team at OSI Group, Plant Manager at TreeHouse Foods, Assemblers Inc, and PEACOCK FOOD COMPANY, where Fernando oversaw large teams and ensured compliance with industry regulations while promoting continuous improvement methodologies.
