Vic Belfiore

Mr. Belfiore, Director, Operations, and Inside Sales for USG Realty Capital has over 30 years of Capital Markets experience. He also serves as Director of Inside Sales and Product Specialist for Investor’s Choice OZ Fund, LLC. Mr. Belfiore started his career in equity sales and trading at Montgomery Securities. Later, he opened and managed the west coast office of BB&T Capital Markets for thirteen years. Mr. Belfiore has also served in operations and advisory capacities for both Merrill Lynch and Stifel Financial in their private wealth divisions. Mr. Belfiore earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Washington and his Masters of Science Degree in Exercise & Sports Science/Sports Administration at the University of Florida. Mr. Belfiore is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), holding Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He has been an active member of the San Francisco Security Traders Association (SFSTA) and has been an active board member at De La Salle High School Alumni Association and the Pleasant Hill Baseball Association.
