Crystal Blanchard

Crystal Blanchard, RHIT, LPN, CAHIMS, currently serves as a Clinical Applications Coordinator at US Heart and Vascular since May 2025. Previously, Crystal accumulated extensive experience at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South, holding various roles including Clinical Information Systems Team Leader, Clinical Information Project Specialist, and Health Information Specialist from February 2007 to May 2025. Educationally, Crystal holds an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Herzing University and a Licensed Practical Nurse degree from L E Fletcher Technical Community College, along with a high school diploma from Terrebonne High School.
