Seth Wainer

Seth Wainer currently serves as the VP of Value Based Contracting and Corporate Counsel at US Heart and Vascular, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Seth was the Director of Managed Care Contracting at Oak Street Health from November 2021 to December 2024. Experience includes serving as the Director of Commercial Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Providence Health Plan and Associate General Counsel II at Cambia Health Solutions. Additionally, Seth worked as the Director of Finance and Administration at the Medical-Legal Partnership of Oregon. Seth holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physical and Biological Anthropology from Emory University.
