Alexis Kirnes, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Quality Coach at US Imaging Network since August 2018, Alexis has developed call monitoring formats and quality standards, provided coaching to customer service agents, and generated reports to enhance productivity and performance. Previous roles include Provider Services Agent at US Imaging Network and Career Services Advisor at Ultimate Medical Academy, where guidance was provided to graduates in job placement.
