Bertrand Ndeffo

Bertrand Ndeffo, CLCP, CMCP, EAO, MA, DEA, currently serves as a Human Rights Education Consultant at the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights since July 2023, providing training and consulting in human rights education. As the Directeur and Consultant at EducNation Consulting Inc. since April 2016, Ndeffo leads national and international strategy development, fosters educational capacity in Africa, and manages a team across multiple countries, delivering numerous training sessions and conferences annually. Previous experience includes evaluating PISA tests for the OECD, serving as a jury member for Le français pour l’avenir, and holding various educational and communication roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to education, equity, and international collaboration. Ndeffo holds a Master of Arts from Université Laval and several coaching certifications from the Certified Coaches Federation.
