Paulo Vieiradias

Paulo Vieiradias MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at US LBM since July 2021, Paulo is responsible for training new hires and delivering comprehensive training programs to various stakeholders, including contractors and the GAF sales force. Prior to this role, Paulo held multiple positions at GAF from June 2010 to July 2021, focusing on leadership and management development. Additional experience includes serving as Business Development Director at Fichtner Services and as a Sales Representative at Byk Gulden. Paulo earned an Executive MBA from Villanova School of Business in 2020 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Instituto Superior da Pontinha Paia.
