Roman Rusev

Roman Rusev's work experience includes being the CEO and Co-Founder of Field Complete LLC, a SaaS automation solution for Field Service Management companies. Roman is also the Founder & Chairman of US Legacy Co, where they previously served as the CEO and Founder. Additionally, they are the Board Chair/Founder of Hands United and a Board Member for Blast Sourcing, a tech incubator consulting and project management company. Roman has also held advisory roles at the Atlanta Housing Authority and was a Certified Renovator under the EPA Toxic Substances Control Act for USEPA. Previously, they worked as a Building Contractor for the International Code Council.

Roman Rusev has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Corporate Finance and Real Estate, from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they obtained between 2000 and 2004. In 2022, Roman began pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Additionally, Roman has completed executive education programs in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The Wharton School in 2018-2019, and in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Columbia Business School in 2020.
