Doug Jones

Doug Jones has 29 years of leading various sales initiatives within the medical device industry with leadership roles in sales, international business, corporate contracts, business development, and marketing. Mr. Jones has held leadership roles with ConMed Corporation, Smiths Medical, Arrow International/Teleflex, Z-Medica, and WellAir. He has extensive experience in accelerating growth for small to mid-size companies.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales for WellAir’s domestic business where he grew business 600% in his first two years leading the sales initiative. Prior to that, Mr. Jones was Vice President of Business Development and International Business for Z-Medica where he developed the healthcare and international business initiatives for a novel hemostatic gauze and successfully completed a strategic partnership with a private equity group in 3 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Quinnipiac University (Hamden, CT).
