Joseph Filia is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving at US Mortgage Corporation since September 2016, Joseph specializes in commercial loans and reverse mortgages, catering to individuals and seniors across the United States. Previously, Joseph worked as a Senior Mortgage Banker at First Ohio Home Finance from March 2015 to September 2016, where extensive knowledge in various mortgage lending options, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and rehab loans, was demonstrated. Joseph holds a degree in Psychology and Education with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration from PennWest Clarion, obtained between 1966 and 1971.
