Christa O'Laughlin

Christa O'Laughlin, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources Administrator currently employed at Whitewater since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Payroll Solutions Specialist I and Payroll Support Representative at ADP between 2019 and 2021. Christa also contributed as an HCM Team Member for ADP through Insight Global and served as Chief Administrative Officer for Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from November 2017 to December 2018. Additional positions include Management and Logistics Intern at Swim Club Management Group, Sales Associate at Nordstrom, Assistant Swim Coach at Sunset Ridge Racquet and Swim Club, and Front Desk Attendant at Sunset Ridge Racquet Swim Club. Christa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2019, and graduated from Holly Springs High School in 2015.
