Leslie Hicks

Leslie Hicks has extensive experience in guest services and sports management, currently serving as a Guest Services Coordinator at Whitewater since May 2022 and previously holding roles as Guest Services Lead and Guest Services Representative. Additionally, Leslie has been a Softball Coach with Firecrackers Softball since May 2023 and held the position of Director of Digital Marketing at Tier One Fastpitch from March to September 2023. In February 2023, Leslie worked as an Event Operations Assistant for Living Sport, contributing to event management during Super Bowl LVII at State Farm Stadium, where initiatives included game-day customer service and fan engagement. Prior experience includes customer service roles at Western Carolina University, DICK'S Sporting Goods, and internships in sports operations. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Sport Management and Marketing from Western Carolina University.
