Bob S.

Bob S. has extensive experience in emergency management and military leadership, having served as the Infrastructure Protection Program Coordinator for the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency from December 2010 to January 2014, where responsibilities included implementing critical infrastructure protection directives and coordinating emergency management training. From October 1986 to November 2016, Bob S. was a Command Sergeant Major in the US Army, providing senior enlisted advice at the Battalion level and beyond. Additional roles included Program Manager at the Department of Navy (June 2021 - October 2023), Sergeant/Patrol Supervisor at Coventry Police (July 1990 - August 2010), and Assistant Director at Coventry EMA (February 2007 - August 2010). Bob S. holds a Master of Science in Administration, Justice, and Homeland Security Studies from Salve Regina University and is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy.
