Wael al-Shatri

Wael Al-Shatri serves as the Head of Sales Division at Balubaid Group since April 2023, focusing on establishing new business avenues across multiple sectors, including Food and Home Care, while collaborating with various departments, hiring and training teams, and negotiating customer contracts. Prior to this role, Wael worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as an Execution Executive for KSA from June 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing key performance indicators and driving sales and business development efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as the National Key Account Manager for BAYARA from 2014 to 2019, where Wael developed promotional plans and supported sales team training, and as the Key Account Manager for White Stores Co., managing marketing activities and contract finalization from 2012 to 2014. Wael holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business (Hons) from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.
