Brian Lalli

Brian Lalli is the Navy IPO TSFD Director with extensive experience in cooperative development defense programs. They previously served as a Policy Analyst and later as the Director of Foreign Disclosure Policy for the US Navy, managing standards and providing guidance on foreign disclosure policy. Brian worked at BAE Systems as a Release Manager, overseeing international defense programs, and held roles at the U.S. Department of Labor and Wyle, focusing on export compliance and program support. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland University College.
