Carmen Ehret

Carmen Ehret has an extensive background in military and human resources leadership, with current roles as SECNAV Council of Review Board and N13M3 Joint Section Head at the US Navy since September 2020. Previously, Carmen served at the National Security Council, The White House, as Human Capital Director and Deputy Director of Human Capital from November 2018 to September 2020. Carmen's earlier experience includes various positions within the US Navy from 1999 to 2019, focusing on manpower policy, reserve pay, and incentives, as well as serving as Officer in Charge of Personnel Support Detachment Point Loma, California. Carmen holds a Bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Master's degree from Webster University, and completed Joint Professional Military Education at Fort Leavenworth Command and Staff College.
