Cesar Manzanarez

Cesar Manzanarez serves as an Information System Technician with the US Navy since June 2022, specializing in network and system administration, security, and maintenance of various information systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, Red Hat Linux servers, VMware environments, and Cisco network devices. Responsibilities include performing system vulnerability assessments and conducting detailed network analysis to identify security risks, utilizing tools such as ACAS, Tenable, SIEM, and SCOM. Additionally, Cesar is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Western Governors University, expected to complete in June 2026.
