Chad Holder

Chad Holder possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry, with a strong history of supporting major projects that exceed $50 million. As an Assistant Project Manager Intern at VCC Construction, Chad contributed to winning significant bids and qualifying numerous subcontractors, enhancing project award rates. Previous roles include serving as an Executive/PM Assistant at Digester Doc, where Chad implemented cost-saving measures, and as a Field Engineer with various organizations, including Webber and Sinacola, managing schedules and collaborating on project execution. Chad also has a military background as a Formal Training Course Supervisor in the US Navy, leading training initiatives and maintaining machinery. Currently, Chad is furthering expertise as a Project Engineer with The Pacific Companies, backed by a B.S. in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a degree in Business Administration from Boise State University.
