Chris "Oslo" Webster, PHR, has extensive experience with the US Navy since June 2009, serving in multiple roles that highlight expertise in human resources, operations management, and training development. Currently, as the U.S. Pacific Fleet Reserve Program Director Deputy, Chris oversees the management of naval officer inventory and billet distribution across several officer communities. Previous positions include Navy Reserve Officer Community Manager, Assistant Training Officer, and Tactical Action Officer, demonstrating a comprehensive background in operational coordination, community engagement, and personnel development. Chris holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Business from Jacksonville University.
