Christopher Ceconi

Christopher Ceconi is an experienced military officer currently serving as the MSTCPAC Admin Officer in the US Navy since June 2019, where responsibilities include assisting students and staff with travel and professional development. Previously, Christopher held the position of Chief Engineer on the USS McCampbell (DDG 85), leading a 96-person department and earning a battle effectiveness award for engineering in 2022/2023. As a JOOD Instructor at the Surface Warfare Officers School, Christopher taught junior officers ship handling. Prior to rejoining the Navy, Christopher was a Commodity Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories, leading cost-saving projects and orchestrating global RFPs. Earlier Navy experience includes roles such as Materials and Logistics Officer, where Christopher managed extensive engineering projects across multiple ships, and Auxiliaries Division Officer, overseeing maintenance for a large aircraft carrier. Christopher holds a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
