Rick Roth

Rick Roth possesses over twenty years of experience in employee development with a strong focus on the growth and development of individuals, managers, and organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Staff Development at MTA-New York City Transit since 2015, Rick leads initiatives in training and organizational development. Prior to this role, Rick was the President of RPRC from September 2000 to December 2015, demonstrating innovative approaches to content design and facilitation. Additionally, experience includes serving as VP-Training Manager for the Management & Leadership Development Team at Fleet Boston Financial and holding a corporate training position at National Westminster Bank. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Marist University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
