Clay Shane

Clay Shane is currently serving as the U.S. Naval Attaché to Poland, where they interface with Polish colleagues to enhance naval relations. With 18 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, Clay has held various leadership positions, including Tomahawk Strike and Mission Planning Cell OIC and Communications Planner Branch Chief. They possess an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Physics from the United States Naval Academy. Clay's expertise lies in operational planning, team-building, and mentoring, which has consistently resulted in successful outcomes throughout their career.
