Cotter Walker

Instructor Pilot

Cotter Walker is currently an Instructor Pilot in the United States Navy stationed at NAS North Island in San Diego, California, where they teach newly winged aviators the fundamentals of flying the MH-60R. Cotter has accumulated over 1,100 flight hours, including time aboard aircraft carriers and guided missile destroyers. Previously, they served as a Student Naval Aviator, completing flight school and earning multiple ratings, and held various leadership roles within helicopter squadrons, responsible for the maintenance and operational effectiveness of military aircraft. Cotter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, graduating in 2013.
