David Pagan

David Pagan is a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, currently serving as the Executive Officer of the USS NEW YORK (LPD 21) from 2023 to 2025. Previously, they held the role of N7 Director of Training at SMWDC AMW DIV, where they led a team of instructors providing advanced tactics training. David has also served as Department Head for Amphibious Squadron EIGHT, managing multiple ships and coordinating international military exercises. They earned a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs with a focus on the Middle East from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2015 and completed a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the United States Naval Academy in 2008.
